Products Warranty

All new products warranty is subject to the warranty policy of the individual vendor.

Please refer to individual product for warranty period.

 



Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Meaning : Item shows symptoms of a hardware failure, 

preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box, and then it may be deemed DOA.
 




Reporting DOA & Resolution.

If you believe product to be DOA, you may initiate your return via email or phone within 7 days of your receipt and must be returned to Ally Optical within 14 days of your receipt of the products.

Step 1:    Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

                An RMA Number is required for all returns.
 

Step 2:    Prepare and return the product.

                Ensure all products item in their original packaging.

                Write in bold letters on the outside of the package   "RMA"

  1. Please note that original manufacturers’ packaging is part of the goods; please ensure you return the DOA product to us in their original packaging.

     
  2. The goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to process your return.

     
  3. Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.

     
  4. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, Ally Optical may imposed a RM100 handling fee and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

     
  5. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse or is missing parts due to customer tampering will not be accepted.

     
  6. Product must be deemed DOA by the respective vendor in order to receive a replacement unit.

     
  7. If product is reported as DOA to Ally Optical more than 7 days after you receive it, standard warranty shall apply.

     
  8. If the product is deemed by respective vendor NOT to be DOA, standard product warranty will apply.


Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Ally Optical do not practise refund policy.

2. Should customer choose a higher value product during any replacement transaction, customer is required to pay the differences. No refund will be given should the value is lower.

3. Before returning your product, please call our customer service for an RMA Exchange No.
 
4. Exchange product must be returned to Ally Optical within 14 days from the invoice date.
 
5. Please ensure you return the goods to us in their original UNOPENED packaging for contact lenses and solution.
 
6. Please note that original manufacturers’ packaging is part of the case need to be returned as well with the glasses for any replacement, so please retain it in-case you wish to return them for DOA or exchange.
 
7. Should the product is faulty or not in the correct specification as ordered, Ally Optical will do a replacement..
 
8. In case the replacement product is not available, Ally Optical will have the rights to replace it with the same value of product.

9. Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those products.

 




Return Procedure

  1. Kindly obtain a RMA number from our customer service dept. prior returning any products. Product returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
     
  2. Items that are returned to us not in their original packaging will not be accepted and may be returned to you without refund or exchanged.
     
  3. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
